High Performance Medium Power Programmable Electronic Load
The JBZ6300 series load is a medium-power DC electronic load featuring compact size, high reliability and superior performance. It offers three voltage ranges of 150V, 600V and 1200V, with single-unit power ranging from 700W to 3kW, and supports master-slave parallel expansion. It adopts multi-range voltage and current configurations, and is equipped with 1MHz high-speed sampling, control and capture capabilities, enabling fast loop response and high-speed current rise and fall rates, with a dynamic mode resolution up to 1 microsecond. It provides 8 operating modes and more than 20 test functions. Standard configurations include LAN, RS232, RS485 and numerical control interfaces; analog monitoring port, USB, CAN, GPIB communication interfaces and other options are available for additional configuration.
The JBZ6300 series loads are widely applied in the design, verification and production testing of LED drivers, communication power supplies, server power supplies, DC charging piles, on-board chargers, power and fuel cells, as well as power electronic components such as fuses, wire harnesses, contactors and relays, and other power electronic products.

High power density
The JBZ6300series electronic loads are designed with high power density. The volume is half oftraditional electronic loads, the heat dissipation performance is doubled, and the weight is only half of conventional models.

Multiple working modes
The JBZ6300 series loads support basic operating modes including CC, CV, CR and CP. While meeting the application requirements of most power supplies, batteries and component products, it is further equipped with multiple combined operating modes such as CV+CC, CV+CR, CR+CC and CP+CC. It effectively solves problems such as excessive starting current and current overshoot of charging piles, on-board chargers, UPS and other equipment. Users can select the most suitable operating mode according to actual working conditions to complete the test.

Sequence & Auto Test
The JBZ6300 series supports 50 sequence files with up to 100 steps per file. Satisfy the simulation of complex and fast working conditions for power supplies, batteries and more.
The automatic test function also provides 50 independent files, each containing 20 steps. For each step, users can edit parameters such as operating modes, judgment conditions, test contents and detection time.

OCP and OPP test functions
To ensure safety and reliability, power output devices are usually designed with overcurrent and overpower protection. The JBZ6300 series electronic loads support settable step current, step time, step power, as well as judgment conditions and judgment tolerance, which can be used to test the effectiveness and accuracy of overcurrent and overpower protection. During the test, the electronic load operates in constant current or constant power loading mode, and makes judgments according to the user-defined conditions and tolerance. If the output voltage or power does not drop below the cutoff voltage or cutoff power, the load will continue the test according to the step values. If the output voltage or power falls below the cutoff voltage or cutoff power, the test will be stopped immediately and the test results will be displayed on the screen.

Dynamic function, sweep frequency function
The JBZ6300 series load provides a programmable dynamic load with a frequency up to 50kHz as well as a dynamic scanning mode. In the dynamic load mode, parameters such as high/low level values, time, rising/falling slopes and operation modes can be configured. This mode can test the peak voltage Vpk+ and valley voltage Vpk- of the device under test during the variation of load operating frequency, and verify the dynamic load response capability of the power supply.

Battery discharge&internal resistance test
The JBZ6200FZ series load provides three working modes for battery discharge testing: constant current, constant resistance, and constant power for steady - state discharge. At the same time, cut - off voltage, cut - off capacity, and cut - off time can be set. After the function is enabled, information such as the battery's discharge capacity (Ah, Wh) and discharge time can be viewed on the screen. The battery discharge test function can also be used for the discharge parameter testing of supercapacitors, fuel cells, etc.

Rich external interfaces
The JBZ6300 series loads are equipped with abundant remote communication interfaces and composite ports. For remote communication interfaces, LAN, RS232 and RS485 communication interfaces are standard configuration, supporting Modbus, SCPI and CanOpen protocols (GPIB, USB and CAN are optional). Composite ports include analog and digital control interfaces. The standard digital control interface has two input channels and two output channels. The optional analog interface supports current control and detection. All the above interfaces feature high-voltage isolation capability to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
